Cornrows into 3layer side bun/ twist

Hi Fam!  We're backkkk! Lol!

We've tried out a new style for my neicey- pooh. She really likes it. She says she feels "sophisticated". How cute! I agree, she looks rather smart. Like a natural born leader!!!thats what its all about at "Be Inspiration  Kids". Youth leading the youth thru inspiration(example). So... Here we go!

WASH, CONDITION & RINSE :
Step 1. Detangle hair by 1st finger detangling, then lighty spray ends with water & EVO mix. Use Denman brush to detangle hair, starting from ends.
Step 2. Because we're getting her dry scalp under control, we washed with Trader Joe's(Tjs) Tingle Tree Shampoo twice.
Step 3. Apply TJs Tingle tree conditioner.  Smooth conditioner into hair from root to end until hair is fully coated/ saturated. Comb thru hair starting from ends, using extra wide tooth comb by sections (fingers work great too).
Step 4. Lightly rinse conditioner from hair with cool/warm water.
Step 5. Microfiber towel blot hair or t-shirt blot hair  ( I don't use regular bath towels because they over dry the hair and can leave little lint balls).

 STYLING AIDS & STYLING
Step 1. Spray hair with a few pumps of water & extra virgin olive oil(EVO) mix
Step 2. Apply small amount of Sisters Keeper Dip Hair & Body moisturizer on hair, evenly smoothing all over.
Step 3. Begin sectioning hair to get set for this style. Start by making a part that extends from forehead to nape of neck, straight down middle.
Step 4. Section off hair on left side for later.
Step 5. Begin with hair on the right side of head. Make 1st Part extend straight up from sideburn to middle of head.
Step 6. Apply a small dab of Sisters Keeper Dip Hair & Body moisturizer on ends of hair, Mygel by Joie Naturals at the beginning of braid ( helps to keep edges neat ).
Step 7. Use 1st part & 1st braid as guide to finish all other braids on this side.
Step 8. Continue to Repeat steps 6-7 until you finish this side.
Step 9. Now continue same process on left side, repeating steps 6-7. Starting braid at side burn & braid up toward middle of head.  Once all braiding is complete, apply a little EVO oil to scalp.
Step 10. Time to style. Using any type of synthetic braiding hair (I chose Kanekalon), attach braiding hair at back of head where both braided sides meet.
Step 11. Continue two strand twisting hair toward the forehead while collecting each cornrow into the twist.  Two strand twist synthetic hair down to the ends.
Step 12. Secure end with black rubberband or burn.
Step 13. Now begin securing twist in place with hair pins.
Step 14. Pin end of twist to 1 side of head in a layer. It looks like 3 twist, but it's only 1.
